A large hospital system with a legacy enterprise system had entertained multiple large consulting companies to bridge the gap providing modern interfaces for patients to replace prescription medical devices which needed to be validated first, then processed using FTP and EDI to multiple systems including patient records and ordering.

Building upon a deep experience in highly regulated and secure environments, we designed, built, and deployed a solution from scratch which included validation of prescriptions, triggered and tracked 3rd party delivery of products to patients, and recorded data in the patient record in order to improve on-going patient care.

In less than 2 weeks, the system was up and running with the fulfillment and shipping of products from multiple vendors running error free. As of 2022, six years later, the cloud-based system has 100% uptime and a 0% error rate.
